ai-img

A small multi-provider CLI that turns a prompt into an image, or an image plus a prompt into a new one.

ai-img project view

ai-img is one command with one job: give it a prompt and it writes an image file. Give it an image and a prompt and it edits that image instead. It talks to Google Gemini by default and Leonardo AI with a flag, and picking a model is a flag away too.

It is written in Go with a small provider interface, so adding another backend is a single file. Prebuilt binaries ship for Linux, macOS, and Windows, and it also installs with go install.

The tool was built to be scripted. Output goes wherever -o points, the format follows the file extension, and it composes naturally with ai-mesh to go from a sentence to a concept image to a textured 3D model in one line of shell.
